Ground Shipping:

Please allow 7-10 business days for gorund delivery.  We recommend choosing ground shipping cautiously, we ship out of San Francisco, California so if your chocolates come across warm temperatures in transit, please select 2nd-day or next day air. This service is not available during the summer months of May thru September.

3-Day Select: 

Can be shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays.  If your order is processed after 8:00am(PST) on Tuesday, your package will ship out the following Monday.  We prefer your chocolates stay at our facilities where the temperature is always nice and cool, rather than waiting for delivery at any UPS location where we cannot control the temperatures. This service is not available during the summer months of May thru September.

2nd-Day Air:                                                                                                    

Can only be shipped out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  If your order is processed after 8:00am (PST) on a Wednesday, and select 2nd-Day Air, your order will be shipped out the following Monday to ensure freshness and protection of your chocolates from prolonged heat exposure.  This also prevents your package from waiting at a UPS location for shipment over the weekend.

Next Day Air:                                                                                                   

Can be shipped out Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays if received before 8:00am(PST). To ship Friday and be delivered on Saturday, there is an additional $15.00 fee applied.

*Chocolate Heaven does not accept responsibility for chocolate that has melted as a result of being shipped to hot enviroments. We recommend that you plan accordingly and ship the fastest possible service in order to protect your purchase. We package each shipment carefully and with ice packs but we cannot guarantee shipments that are delivered to hot environments.

*** UPS does not require a signature upon delivery so we recommend that you ship all packages to a place of business or a location where someone will be present to sign for delivery.  This will help prevent damage to your purchase or theft of your purchase because it was left at the door.
